Hi everyone, we have been blessed with the services of a top surveyor to evaluate what it will take to fix Gerrit & Ellen’s house. Having seen how the cement foundations are starting to show through many of the old plastic floors, and the general disrepair 20 years of life and weather has caused, the timing could not be better!
The current costing for a complete renovation is ZAR100,000.00, and includes everything needed to get the house back in its original condition, without leaks and broken parts, and also includes the complete redo of the ancient pipes, toilets, kitchen and general painting, fixing and replacement of broken floors, tiles, drains and gutters. It also includes the closing off of the little stoep by the living room of the house, so that it too can be used as a room.
